Travel ED RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit serves adult and pediatric patients, includes ambulance and lobby triage, and uses Epic charting in a 40-bed setting.

• Triage adult and pediatric emergency patients
• Monitor and stabilize patients in the emergency department
• Assist with respiratory support, blood products, and emergent interventions
• Support procedural sedation and rapid sequence intubation care
• Obtain EKGs, manage IV access, and collect phlebotomy specimens
• Collaborate with respiratory, pharmacy, radiology, and social services teams

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• 1 year of emergency department experience
• Community hospital experience
• Prior travel experience

• Level II or III trauma experience
• Trauma Level I experience
• Previous charge experience
• Epic charting system experience
