Travel ED RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. This adult emergency department serves high-acuity trauma, cardiac, and stroke patients with Epic charting and a 1:4 ratio. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Triage emergency patients by acuity
• Assess and stabilize adult and adolescent patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify dysrhythmias
• Administer continuous IV sedation and supportive care
• Support STEMI, stroke, and trauma response
• Prepare patients for higher levels of care

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• Triage and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
• Continuous IV sedation experience
• Level I trauma center experience

• ICP monitoring
• Epic charting system experience
