About this job
A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Riverside, California. The unit uses EMR and serves high-acuity patients with a 4:1 patient ratio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and stabilize emergency patients
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Monitor changing acuity and response to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team
- Document care in the electronic medical record
- Support emergency procedures and trauma care
Qualifications
- California Registered Nurse license
- 2 years of emergency department experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS and CPI
