Travel ED RN in Overland Park, KS

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency and trauma care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Overland Park, Kansas. The 24-bed unit uses Meditech, maintains 1:4 ratios, and supports level II trauma care.

• Triage emergency and trauma patients
• Provide care for STEMI, stroke, and sepsis presentations
• Assist with trauma interventions and resuscitation support
• Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Use AIDET and whiteboards to support communication

• Current Kansas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications
• 2 years of emergency or trauma nursing experience in a level II trauma center
• Strong triage, critical care, and rapid assessment skills

• CPI certification
• CEN certification
• TCRN certification
