Travel ED RN in Orange, CA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a high-volume hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Orange, California. The unit serves cardiac, STEMI, stroke, and behavioral health patients and uses Epic for charting.

• Triage emergency patients and prioritize care by acuity
• Monitor and reassess patients for changes in condition
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Assist with emergency stabilization and interventions
• Support care for cardiac, stroke, and behavioral health patients
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

• California Registered Nurse license
• 1 year of recent emergency department experience
• ACLS, BLS, MAB, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
