Travel ED RN in Lawton, OK

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and ongoing care in a 36-bed acute care hospital emergency department for a 13-week contract in Lawton, Oklahoma. It serves about 59,000 patients each year, including adults and children, and supports a Level II trauma setting with a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions.

• Perform rapid assessments and triage patients with emergent, urgent, and non-urgent needs
• Stabilize medical, surgical, traumatic, psychiatric, and pediatric emergencies
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per provider orders
• Monitor cardiac, infusion, ventilator, and point-of-care equipment
• Coordinate testing, re-evaluation, disposition planning, and education
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Support trauma, code blue, stroke, and STEMI response

• Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or a compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program

• TNCC and ENPC within timeframe after hire
• Emergency nursing, critical care, or high-acuity experience
• Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills
