Travel ED RN in Lake Geneva, WI

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in a hospital for a 13-week contract in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The role supports rapid assessment, treatment, and documentation in the emergency department. It calls for collaboration with the care team and sound clinical judgment.

• Assess patients and prioritize care using the nursing process
• Administer ordered medications and treatments using approved nursing techniques
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly
• Develop and update individualized plans of care
• Educate patients and families on care needs and follow-up
• Support quality improvement and peer review activities
• Escalate safety concerns through the appropriate chain of command

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC or TNS
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Emergency department nursing skills and strong critical thinking
