Travel ED RN in Kingwood, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital emergency department in Kingwood, Texas, on a 13-week contract. The unit has 28 beds, uses Meditech, and has 1:4 patient ratios.

• Assess and prioritize emergency patients
• Start IV access and draw blood specimens
• Assist with resuscitation and stabilize acute conditions
• Obtain and support EKG procedures
• Monitor patients and report changes promptly
• Document care in Meditech
• Work closely with the charge nurse and team

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC
• Acute emergency department experience
• Strong emergency assessment and triage skills

• Trauma care experience
• Acute ER experience
