Travel ED RN in Independence, MO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide urgent care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Independence, Missouri. The unit has 40+ beds, uses Meditech, and manages high-volume patients at a 4:1 ratio.

• Provide emergency nursing care to varied patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Start IVs and obtain blood specimens
• Support urgent interventions and resuscitation efforts
• Collaborate with RN, paramedic, and support staff
• Document care accurately in the charting system

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI for RN
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Emergency department nursing and cardiac monitoring skills

• High-pressure emergency care experience
• Prior medical experience as an RN, Medic, or Technician
