Travel ED RN in Houston, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide acute care in a 50-bed emergency room, on a 13-week contract, in Houston, Texas. The unit is Trauma II, serves chest pain and stroke patients, uses Meditech charting, and has a 4:1 patient ratio.

• Assess emergency patients and prioritize care
• Assist with trauma and ED procedures
• Monitor cardiac status and respond to changes
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate care with physicians and the team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification

• Trauma experience
• Meditech experience
