Travel ED RN in Glenwood Springs, CO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital in Glenwood Springs, Colorado on a 13-week contract. The unit is a Level III trauma setting with 13 ED beds and 2 trauma bays, supporting rapid assessment and stabilization of emergency patients.

• Assess patients and prioritize care by acuity
• Deliver bedside nursing care in the emergency department and trauma bays
• Monitor patient status and response to treatment
• Coordinate with providers during emergency interventions
• Document assessments, treatments, and responses
• Educate patients and families on discharge plans

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse license or ability to obtain
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC certifications
• 3 years of RN emergency department experience
• Strong emergency assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
