Travel ED RN in Cheyenne Wells, CO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency and med surg care in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado. It serves a wide mix of injuries and illnesses, including trauma and older adult patients, and uses CPSI.

• Assess patients with urgent injuries and illnesses
• Triage and prioritize emergency and med surg care
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy
• Monitor changes in condition and respond to emergencies
• Coordinate care with providers and support testing and procedures
• Document care in the electronic record

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• At least 1 year of emergency department experience

• 2 years of emergency department experience
