Travel ED RN in Fort Defiance, AZ

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in an emergency department in Fort Defiance, Arizona on a 16-week contract. The unit supports emergency, fast-track, and observation care, with triage and rapid intake responsibilities across multiple care areas.

• Assess and stabilize emergency patients
• Triage patients and support rapid intake workflows
• Provide observation care and ongoing monitoring
• Assist with Covid testing and immunization clinics as needed
• Document nursing care and communicate changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain patient flow

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse license
• ACLS
• BLS/BCLS
• PALS
• TNCC
• Minimum 2 years recent RN experience in Emergency Department specialty
