Travel ED RN in Everett, WA

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital emergency department during a 13-week contract in Everett, Washington. The large unit treats low- to high-acuity patients, including stroke, STEMI, trauma, behavioral health, and boarding cases, with Epic charting. It is a Level II trauma center and primary stroke receiving center.

• Triage and prioritize emergency patients across adult and pediatric cases
• Assess and stabilize patients with stroke, STEMI, trauma, and behavioral health needs
• Start and maintain IV access, administer medications, blood products, and IV vasopressors
• Support ventilator care, central line management, and continuous sedation monitoring
• Assist with procedural sedation, trauma care, and dysrhythmia recognition
• Perform de-escalation, isolation precautions, and phlebotomy support

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC, and either PALS or ENPC certification
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• Epic charting experience
• Prior travel experience

• Arterial line management and ABG interpretation
• Neuro-trauma, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury experience
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience
