Travel ED RN in El Paso, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in El Paso, Texas. The unit serves a mixed-acuity emergency population, uses an electronic medical record, and includes cardiac and neuro monitoring equipment. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Triage and assess emergency patients
• Administer medications and start IV access
• Assist with EKGs, Foley catheter care, and central line management
• Support moderate sedation and cardioversion workflows
• Monitor patients on cardiac and neuro equipment
• Collaborate with the care team to stabilize changing conditions

• Active Registered Nurse license in Texas
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certification
• Emergency nursing skills
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
