Travel ED RN in Denver, CO

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Denver, Colorado. The unit has 11 beds, a 1:4 patient ratio, and uses Meditech. GE monitors and Baxter pumps support care.

• Assess emergency patients
• Initiate IV therapy and medications
• Obtain EKGs and monitor rhythms
• Support conscious sedation procedures
• Provide wound care and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and staff

• Colorado Registered Nurse license
• 1 year of current ED Registered Nurse experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale
• PALS or ENPC certification
• TNCC certification
• CPI Blue Card
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Charge Registered Nurse experience
