Travel ED RN in Denton, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Denton, Texas. The unit uses MEDITECH and supports a Level II trauma center, Magnet designation, and Primary Stroke Center certification.

• Assess emergency patients and prioritize care
• Triage incoming patients and coordinate bedside flow
• Monitor unstable patients and respond to urgent changes
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and ordered treatments
• Support trauma, stroke, and chest pain care
• Document care accurately in MEDITECH

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license, temporary license not accepted
• Current NIH certification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC certifications
• 2+ years of emergency department specialty experience
• MEDITECH experience
• Prior hospital-system experience
