Travel ED RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in an acute care hospital in Dallas, Texas on a 13-week contract.

• Triage and assess patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Initiate and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and ordered interventions safely
• Support resuscitation, trauma, and other emergency procedures
• Monitor patient response and escalate changes in condition promptly
• Document care and handoff information accurately throughout the visit

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years of emergency department nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale

• MEDITECH experience
