Travel ED RN in Coos Bay, OR

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide patient care in an emergency room on a 13-week contract in Coos Bay, Oregon. The role serves an acute care hospital setting, documents care in the medical record, teaches patients and families, and collaborates with the care team.

• Assess emergency patients and prioritize care needs
• Apply the nursing process within RN scope of practice
• Document patient care and clinical changes in the medical record
• Teach patients and significant others about care plans
• Coordinate treatment with the interdisciplinary team
• Support emergency room procedures and patient monitoring

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• TNCC
• BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS certification (AHA)
• PALS certification (AHA)
