Travel ED RN in Medford, OR

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency nursing care in an acute care hospital emergency services unit on a 13-week contract in Medford, Oregon. The role serves neonates through geriatrics, uses Epic charting, welcomes first-time travelers, and works in a level 3 trauma center.

• Assess and triage patients across all age groups
• Manage trauma, stroke, chest pain, behavioral health, and infectious disease cases
• Administer critical drips, IV therapy, and phlebotomy
• Perform EKGs, port access, and dysrhythmia monitoring
• Support ventilated patients and BiPAP/CPAP management
• Follow isolation precautions and coordinate with support services

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC
• 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Multisystem organ dysfunction, ventilated patient, and IV vasoactive therapy skills
