Travel ED RN in Cookeville, TN

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital in Cookeville, Tennessee on a 13-week contract. The unit serves all ages, with 34 rooms, 56 beds, and about 140 visits a day.

• Assess patients across all age groups in the emergency department
• Triage and prioritize incoming emergency cases
• Monitor vital signs and clinical status during acute care
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered
• Coordinate care with respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other support services
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• Prior travel experience

• ENPC certification
• TNCC certification
