Travel ED RN in Conroe, TX

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide emergency care in a hospital emergency department in Conroe, Texas for a 6-week contract. The unit has 30 physical beds and 8 hall beds, uses Meditech, and typically staffs at a 1:4 ratio.

• Assess emergency patients and prioritize care
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, oxygenation, and vital signs
• Start IV access and collect blood samples
• Assist with moderate sedation and stroke evaluations
• Support ventilator, BiPAP, and CPAP care
• Document assessments and interventions in Meditech

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Compassion and empathy
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Emergency department clinical skills
