Travel ED RN in Albany, OR

A Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide care for urgent and emergent patients in a hospital emergency department on a 13-week contract in Albany, Oregon. The unit sees walk-in and transported patients, including urgent mental health needs and pediatric cardiac and trauma care.

• Triage and assess emergency patients
• Provide nursing care for urgent, emergent, mental health, cardiac and trauma cases
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with stabilization and emergency interventions
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, treatments and patient responses
• Support care for pediatric patients in the emergency department

• Active Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS certifications
• 1 year of emergency department experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
