Travel CVOR RN in Houston, TX

A Travel Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse will assist in a cardiovascular operating room on a 13-week contract in Houston, Texas. The unit has 5 CVORs, including hybrid rooms, and supports cardiac and vascular surgery in a fast-paced environment with emergencies.

• Circulate and scrub for cardiovascular and vascular surgeries
• Prepare the operating room for complex open and endovascular cases
• Assist with CABG, valve repair, aortic repair, and TAVR procedures
• Support dissections, thoracoabdominal cases, and hybrid room cases
• Maintain sterile technique, supplies, and intraoperative workflow
• Respond to emergencies and urgent add-on cases with the team

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• At least 2 years of exclusive CVOR experience
• CVOR experience in cardiac and vascular surgery

• 5 years of scrub and circulate experience
