Travel CVOR RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel CVOR Registered Nurse will assist with cardiovascular operating room care in a hospital in Dallas, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit has 5 operating rooms, including open and hybrid rooms, with a 1:1 ratio and Meditech charting. Cases include complex cardiovascular and surgical procedures.

• Assist with cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Prepare the room, instruments, and supplies for complex cases
• Support the sterile field and surgical workflow
• Circulate for open-heart, valve, aortic, vascular, and transplant cases
• Monitor patient status and coordinate care with the surgical team
• Document intraoperative care in the electronic record

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Strong cardiovascular operating room experience
• Perioperative nursing skills

• CNOR certification
