Travel CT Tech in South Carolina

A Travel CT Tech Registered Technologist will perform computed tomography imaging in a teaching hospital on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The unit serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics and supports routine studies, outpatients, cardiac cases, and interventional radiology procedures in a level I trauma and comprehensive stroke center.

• Perform CT imaging for a varied patient census
• Prepare patients and start peripheral IV access
• Administer contrast media per protocol
• Assist with trauma, emergency, and critical care studies
• Support interventional radiology biopsies and drainage cases
• Follow radiation safety and isolation precautions
• Document exams in Epic

• ARRT RT (R) and ARRT RT (CT) credentials
• Current South Carolina license
• BLS certification
• 1 year CT experience with level I trauma exposure
• Epic charting system experience
• Siemens scanner experience

• 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction
• PACS or Sectra experience
• Teaching hospital background
• Interventional radiology or outpatient CT experience
