Travel CT Tech in South Carolina

A Travel CT Tech will perform CT imaging in a teaching hospital on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. The unit serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, averages 130 patients a day, uses Epic, and supports a Level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke center.

• Perform CT scans for routine, trauma, cardiac, outpatient, and interventional cases
• Prepare patients, start peripheral IVs, and administer contrast as needed
• Support biopsies, drainage studies, and other guided procedures within scope
• Apply radiation safety practices and protect patients during imaging
• Document exams and patient care in Epic
• Operate Siemens scanners and assist with image post-processing

• ARRT CT and ARRT R certification
• South Carolina license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of CT Tech experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Epic charting system experience

• 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and ROI measurement
• Adult outpatient, PACS, and Sectra experience
• Biopsy, drainage, and advanced CT study experience
