Travel CNA in Claremont, NH

A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing and restorative care in a long term care unit in Claremont, New Hampshire for a 13-week contract. Residents need help with hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and safe daily support in a supervised setting.

• Deliver basic nursing and restorative care under licensed nurse supervision
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and skin care
• Support ambulation, turning, positioning, transfers, and range of motion
• Help with feeding, hydration, toileting, and intake and output
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or environment
• Maintain infection control, privacy, safety, and dignity

• New Hampshire nursing assistant license
• BLS from AHA
