Travel CNA in Claremont, NH

A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing and restorative care in a long term care unit on a 13-week contract in Claremont, New Hampshire. The role supports residents with hygiene, mobility, feeding, skin care, and care plan observations while helping maintain safety and infection control.

• Deliver basic nursing and restorative care under supervision
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and skin care
• Support mobility with ambulation, range of motion, turning, positioning, and transfers
• Help with feeding, hydration, toileting, and output tracking
• Report resident changes, supply needs, and safety concerns
• Maintain confidentiality, infection control, and resident rights
• Respond to emergencies and redirect confused residents per policy

• New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant license
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA
• Clinical skills in personal care, transfers, and infection control
