A Travel Certified Nursing Assistant will provide basic nursing and restorative care in a long term care unit in Claremont, New Hampshire, for a 13-week contract. The role supports residents with hygiene, mobility, feeding, safety, and infection control under licensed supervision.

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and skin care treatments
• Support ambulation, turning, positioning, transfers, and range of motion
• Help with feeding, hydration, toileting, and output monitoring
• Report resident changes and care needs to licensed staff
• Maintain a safe environment and respond to resident falls or emergencies
• Follow resident care plans, privacy standards, and infection control practices

• Certified Nursing Assistant credential
