Per Diem CNA in Spokane, WA

A Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant will support patients on a medical surgical unit in Spokane, Washington. The role provides bedside care for middle and older adult patients, with Epic charting and routine use of Pyxis medication support. It serves an acute care hospital setting focused on safe, hands-on patient support.

• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning
• Support feeding, bathing, grooming, oral care, and linen changes
• Obtain vital signs, blood glucose checks, and pulse oximetry readings
• Provide incontinence care, skin care, and pressure injury prevention
• Apply isolation precautions and PPE as directed
• Report changes in patient condition to the nurse

• Washington Certified Nursing Assistant credential
• AHA BLS certification
• 1 year of recent acute care Certified Nursing Assistant experience within the last 3 years
• Epic charting experience
