• Perform complex clinical laboratory tests and report results
• Prepare, screen, and analyze patient specimens for diagnostic and therapeutic use
• Support blood bank testing and related laboratory procedures
• Monitor quality control and assist with quality assurance programs
• Correlate findings with department protocols to support patient care
