Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Potosi, MO

A Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide rehabilitation treatment in a nursing home setting for a 13-week contract in Potosi, Missouri. It supports adults with cognitive and physical functioning disorders and uses electronic documentation under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

• Provide skilled rehabilitative treatment under Occupational Therapist supervision
• Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Use supportive and assistive devices as part of the treatment plan
• Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document treatment notes, minutes, and required clinical records accurately
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy plans and functional goals
• Support discharge planning, care conferences, and other team discussions

• Missouri Occupational Therapist Assistant licensure
