Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Mound City, MO

A Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will provide rehabilitative treatment in a nursing home for a 13-week contract in Mound City, Missouri. The role supports patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders and documents care in electronic records under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

• Deliver skilled rehabilitative treatment under Occupational Therapist supervision
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive devices
• Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document treatment minutes and required clinical information in electronic records
• Consult with patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers on care plans
• Participate in care conferences, review meetings, and required in-services
• Support DME needs and assist with student supervision under Occupational Therapist guidance

• Missouri occupational therapy assistant license
• Compact occupational therapy assistant license accepted
• NBCOT and AOTA practice standards
• Active licensure or registration when applicable
