Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Humansville, MO

A Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will provide rehabilitation support in a nursing home occupational therapy unit on a 13-week contract in Humansville, Missouri. The role serves patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

• Provide skilled treatment for patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders under occupational therapist direction
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and supportive devices
• Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document treatment minutes, outcomes, and required clinical information in the electronic record
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and service providers on treatment plans and carryover
• Participate in care conferences, utilization review, rehabilitation meetings, and required in-services

• Missouri occupational therapy assistant license
