Travel CCU RN in Wichita, KS

A Travel Coronary Care Registered Nurse will provide critical care in a hospital coronary care unit on a 13-week contract in Wichita, Kansas. The 26-bed unit uses Meditech and works with 1:2 patient ratios. Care includes advanced cardiac support and critical care equipment.

• Monitor critically ill cardiac patients
• Assist with balloon pumps and CRRT
• Support hypothermia therapy and cardioversion
• Manage central lines and medication drips
• Assess changes in cardiac status
• Document care in the electronic record

• Current Kansas Registered Nurse license
• 1 year of current hospital ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH
• Neuro ICU experience

• Meditech experience
• Experience in large-facility ICU settings
