Travel CCU RN in Waycross, GA

A Travel Coronary Care Registered Nurse will care for critically ill cardiac patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Waycross, Georgia. The 12-bed unit sees cardiac, respiratory, DKA, and sepsis patients, uses MediTech Expanse, and works with 2:1 and 3:1 ratios.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Titrate insulin, sedative, and vasopressor infusions
• Assist with arterial line monitoring
• Assess critically ill cardiac and respiratory patients
• Support care for DKA and sepsis patients
• Document nursing care in the electronic record
• Collaborate with the critical care team

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
• ICU experience managing critically ill patients
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
