Travel Cardiology RN in San Antonio, TX

A Travel Cardiology Registered Nurse will provide cardiac telemetry care in a hospital in San Antonio, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech and cares for patients needing ongoing cardiac monitoring and rhythm management.

• Monitor cardiac telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess patients with cardiac conditions and prioritize care
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Assist with cardioversion and related cardiac procedures
• Document assessments, interventions and responses in Meditech
• Collaborate with the care team and educate patients and families

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• 2 years of hospital experience
• Telemetry nursing experience

• Meditech experience
