Travel Cardiology RN in Larkspur, CA

A Travel Cardiology Registered Nurse will coordinate patient care in a clinic setting on a 13-week contract in Larkspur, California. The role supports cardiology, EP and testing services, including assessment, triage and care coordination.

• Assess patients and identify care needs
• Coordinate plans of care with cardiologists and electrophysiologists
• Educate patients before and after cardiology and EP procedures
• Triage symptoms and arrhythmias and escalate complex findings
• Review labs, test results, physician tasks and worklists
• Support transition of care, medication understanding and follow-up
• Assist with testing center and cardiac imaging coverage as needed

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular clinic or hospital nursing experience

• BSN degree
• 2 years of critical care or cardiac inpatient unit experience
• 2 years of telemetry monitoring experience
