Travel Burn ICU RN in Plano, TX

A Travel Burn ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care for burn and trauma patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Plano, Texas. The unit has 30 beds, uses Meditech charting, and works with critical care equipment.

• Assess and monitor critically ill burn and trauma patients
• Provide wound care and support complex dressing changes
• Assist with codes, EVD care, and massive transfusion protocols
• Collaborate with the charge nurse, physicians, and care team
• Track changes in condition and respond to emergencies
• Document patient care accurately in the charting system

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Trauma, burn, and surgical ICU experience
• Communication and critical thinking skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• CCRN certification
