Travel Burn ICU RN in Kansas City, MO

A Travel Burn ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care for adult burn patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Kansas City, Missouri. The 6-bed mixed-acuity unit uses Meditech and serves a Level I trauma, stroke, and cardiac verified setting.

• Provide ICU-level care for adult burn patients
• Monitor hemodynamics and cardiac rhythms
• Titrate vasoactive drips and other critical care therapies
• Assist with debridement, dressing changes, and line care
• Deliver post-op procedural care and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team

• Missouri Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and TNCC
• NIH Stroke Scale competency
• ICU level of care experience
• Hemodynamic monitoring and drip titration proficiency
• CRRT training

• Burn unit experience
• ABLS certification
