Travel Ambulatory Care RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse will circulate outpatient surgery cases in an acute care hospital ambulatory surgery unit on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The unit averages 25-35 patients daily across 10 rooms and includes inpatient, outpatient, and pediatric cases. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Circulate general, gynecology, urology, ENT, breast, plastics, orthopedic, eye, and pediatric surgical cases
• Prepare the operating room and maintain sterile workflow for mixed inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Support blood and blood product administration during intraoperative care
• Assist with cardioversion, defibrillation, warming and cooling devices, drains, syringe pumps, and wound vacs
• Coordinate case flow, equipment readiness, and specimen handling with the surgical team
• Adapt to a broad surgical case mix while supporting safe care for adult and pediatric patients

• Washington state or compact Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of ambulatory operating room experience
• Pediatric operating room experience
