Travel Ambulatory Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient nursing care for adult med/surg telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on an 18-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio.

• Assess adult medical-surgical telemetry patients and update care plans
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing practice
• Coordinate with the care team to support admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the chart
• Respond to urgent changes and initiate appropriate nursing interventions

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
• Twelve months of permanent medical-surgical telemetry experience
