Travel Ambulatory Care RN in Chestnut Hill, MA

A Travel Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse will provide in-person triage and nurse visits in a clinic setting on a 13-week contract in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Epic documentation supports outpatient ambulatory care.

• Assess ambulatory patients and prioritize needs
• Provide in-person triage and nurse visits
• Document care plans and updates in Epic
• Coordinate outpatient follow-up with providers
• Educate patients on treatment and next steps
• Support smooth daily clinic operations

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS-AHA certification
• Epic documentation experience
• Urgent care or clinic experience
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Strong ambulatory care assessment skills
