A Per Diem Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will support patients in an acute care hospital in Newberg, Oregon. Epic charting is used, and the role includes med-surg, oxygen, and rapid response support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient status and report changes promptly
- Administer ordered medications and treatments safely
- Manage peripheral lines and oxygen therapy
- Support non-invasive airway care as needed
- Assist rapid response and code teams
- Follow isolation precautions and PPE practices
- Document care and responses in Epic
Qualifications
- Oregon Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1 year of acute care hospital experience
- Epic charting experience
