Travel X-Ray Tech in Troy, NY

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will perform imaging exams in a medical imaging unit on a 13-week contract in Troy, New York. Epic documentation and Carestream equipment are used for emergency department and inpatient studies.

• Perform emergency department and inpatient x-ray exams
• Position patients and prepare imaging rooms
• Operate imaging equipment and adjust technique for quality images
• Verify exam orders and follow imaging protocols
• Document studies in Epic
• Communicate with nurses and providers to support patient flow

• ARRT certification
• New York State Radiologic Technologist license
• 2 years of radiologic technologist experience
• Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program
• Independent emergency department and inpatient imaging skills
