Travel X-Ray Tech in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel X-Ray Tech Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging in a short-term acute care hospital and outpatient center on a 13-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. It serves neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults, supports walk-in patients, and uses Cerner.

• Perform diagnostic radiography for inpatient, outpatient, and pediatric patients
• Assist with fluoroscopy exams and contrast studies
• Complete bedside, portable, C-arm, and operating room imaging
• Support NICU, PICU, and pediatric acute care workflows
• Apply radiation safety, infection prevention, and isolation precautions
• Work with another technologist to manage a high daily volume

• ARRT R certification
• BLS certification
• 2 years of x-ray technologist experience
• Bedside and portable imaging experience
• Pediatric acute care, NICU, PICU, and operating room experience
• Contrast media preparation and administration experience

• PACS and Philips experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Trauma Level I or Level II experience
