Travel X-Ray Tech in Indianapolis, IN

A Travel X-Ray Tech Registered Radiologic Technologist will provide diagnostic imaging in a hospital unit in Indianapolis, Indiana on a 13-week contract. The unit is a Level I trauma center serving adolescents, adults and geriatrics and uses Cerner. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging of extremities, abdomen, spine, pelvis, chest and thorax
• Assist with portable and bedside imaging in the emergency department and inpatient areas
• Support trauma imaging for Level I trauma patients
• Assist in operating room and C-arm procedures
• Position patients and select techniques for clear images
• Follow imaging protocols and maintain equipment readiness

• Indiana Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT Radiography certification
• Basic Life Support certification
• 1 year of X-ray experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Experience with bedside, portable and C-arm imaging

• GE and Siemens equipment experience
• PACS experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Musculoskeletal imaging experience
