Travel Wound Care RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Wound Care Registered Nurse will provide wound and ostomy nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves infants through geriatrics, sees about 10 visits per day, and uses Epic charting.

• Assess wounds, ostomies, and skin integrity
• Perform dressing changes and wound care treatments
• Support debridement and wound vac therapy
• Monitor pressure, venous, arterial, and neuropathic ulcers
• Apply infection control and isolation precautions
• Educate patients and families on wound and ostomy care
• Document care in Epic

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• WOCN certification
• 1 year of inpatient hospital experience
• Epic charting experience

• Teaching hospital experience
• Pediatric wound and ostomy care
• Ostomy appliance and stoma management
• Skin and mucous membrane care
