Travel Ultrasound Tech in South Carolina

A Travel General Ultrasound Tech with ARDMS or ARRT S certification will perform general sonography in a teaching hospital on a 13-week contract in Charleston, South Carolina. It serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic, and is Magnet and Level I trauma. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform general ultrasound examinations for adult and geriatric patients
• Complete abdominal, Doppler, and vascular studies
• Assist with transplant, renal, and portable exams
• Prepare patients and explain imaging procedures
• Document studies and images in Epic
• Maintain image quality and exam flow

• BLS
• ARDMS or ARRT S certification
• Accredited diagnostic medical sonography program graduate
• 1 year of general ultrasound experience
• Proficiency in abdominal Doppler and transplant imaging

• ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, or RDCS-RVT certification
• Epic charting experience
• Teaching hospital and Trauma Level I experience
• PACS, Philips, or Siemens experience
